Eagle Creek accepted the challenge to be a lighthouse in freeing men from the addiction of drugs and alcohol. But in reality this is a community ministry and we could not do it without the faithful support of so many over the years. The 2024 Benefit Dinner brought forth attendees, sponsors, volunteers and community businesses donating to what we do.
A special thank you to all that made the event possible.
The 2025 Banquet on Friday, Feb. 28, 2005 will feature great food, fellowship, and our special guest speaker Chad Dinkel, Pastor of Purpose Church in Baton Rouge, LA. Pastor Chad is also the founder of Restoring Purpose, a Recovery ministry with the same mission from Jesus that we have here at Eagle Creek.
In 2015, Chad founded Restoring Purpose, a nonprofit organization in Baton Rouge working with men and women struggling with addiction and veterans having trouble adapting to civilian life. Restoring Purpose also operates four transitional living homes for men and a home for women.
